The AYRx Yoga Swing system combines the benefits of flexibility, strength, and balance found in traditional yoga with the unique conditioning of suspension therapeutix.
The AerialYogaPlay (AYP) & AYRx programs teach you how to use the swing properly for maximum safety and effectiveness while having fun! It’s similar to aerial yoga, pilates, suspended resistance training (TRX), and aerial dance all rolled into one deeply transformative experience. Open~Align~Release is our mantra.

THE AYRx YOGA SWING (DELUXE 12 PIECE SET) $549 + tax
The AYRx Yoga Swing Set includes a large stretchy swing (or hammock), 2 leg loops, 2 hand holds, 4 carabiners, two daisy chains to adjust the height of your fitness set from near the ground or flying high, and a carry bag.
The AYRx Yoga Swing set is made in the USA and is 100% recyclable. It is machine washable for easy cleaning. The Yoga Swings are made of a wonderful stretchy material (cotton/spandex blend) tested to withstand weights exceeding 400 lbs. or 180 kg. All pieces are reinforced with webbing to enable strength and comfort. You can use the AYRx Yoga Swing set all together or individually for a versatile suspended fitness experience!
